A Chicago-born founder, national AV production director, DJ, musician, software engineer, Master of Science, and Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science & Engineering, Matt has spent more than 15 years mastering both the art and science of live experience. He bought his first DJ mixer at 15; today, he is trusted to transform ambitious ideas into seamless productions across the United States.

As founder of CLIK Entertainment, MASSIVE Audio Visual, and the nationally touring OPERATION GLOW, Matt personally oversees every CLIK experience from first concept to final cue. His command spans sound, lighting, video, staging, lasers, pyrotechnics, special effects, transportation, artist hospitality, technical crews, talent teams, and overall creative direction. He works directly with internationally touring artists—the names audiences recognize worldwide—and with their management teams, agencies, venues, universities, corporations, planners, and private clients, including productions with thousands of guests and six-figure talent engagements.

On any given weekend, Matt may be directing a Chicago concert or festival, flying across the country to run the next show, or stepping behind the decks alongside world-famous talent. His rare combination of creative instinct, technical precision, business leadership, and research-driven innovation lets him see what others miss—and make the extraordinarily complex feel effortless.
