Stagehand Flex Chicago Area Only, See Limitations

  • 400 / 25% or less of the Access Time Window duration

  • This is used when a Stagehand doesn't have to be on-site at Host's Service majority of the time, with 30 days notice to Company, so that Company can utilize this Stagehand elsewhere in the Chicago Area; hence, flexible. It is expressly understood that the Flexible Stagehand Labor provided herein grants Company full discretion over Stagehand’s schedule and assignments based on its broader operational needs. This labor is not exclusively dedicated to Host’s event and Host timing modifications may force an upgrade to regular Stagehand labor if Stagehand has been scheduled. Stagehand Flexible could be different Staff as Company sees fit.
  • This labor is added no less than 30 days prior to Access Start Time.
  • The total anticipated hours of labor must not exceed 50% of the Access Time's duration.
  • This flex labor must be within Host's Access Time Window.
  • This flex labor is limited to locations within a 20 mile radius from Company, in the Chicago Area.

Performer DJ (Performance DJ)

  • 300 / hour
    50% of rate per idle hour.

  • An Artist / Performance DJ talent (not an Open-Format DJ) relays a pre-choreographed experience, sometimes specially made music or their own original music, curated to engage the audience with their intended experience at the highest caliber. Artist / Performance DJ do not accept song or special requests.

    50% of rate per idle hour.
Contents
  • On-Site: The Master of Ceremonies (MC) shall be responsible for hosting and facilitating the event to the best of their ability. The MC shall engage the audience with professionalism while making planned and unplanned announcements, keeping the them informed, and injecting energy and enthusiasm into the proceedings.
  • Off-Site: The MC creates and familiarize themselves with the agenda, understanding and somewhat memorizing the specific goals, pronunciation, and tone desired by the Host. The MC may request, as needed, to meet with Host to gather relevant information, script key announcements, and create a cohesive plan for the program. The MC may also conduct rehearsals to fine-tune their delivery, timing, and transitions.

DJ (Open-Format)

  • On-Site: The Disk-Jockey (DJ) shall create a dynamic and musical atmosphere at the event to the best of their ability. The DJs use will use their musical knowledge and mixing skills to curate playlists that cater to the noted and assumed preferences of the audience. The DJ may interact with the crowd, gauge the energy of the room, and/or make real-time abrupt decisions to keep the music aligned appropriately. The DJ may incorporate technical elements like scratching, beatmatching, apply effects, and remixing to enhance the overall experience, at their discretion.
  • Off-Site: The DJ will use the Host provided styles and song information to understand the event's theme, vision, audience demographics, and specific music preferences. The DJ will curate playlists tailored to the occasion, taking into account the desired mood and energy levels. Some DJs create mixes or remixes in advance to add a unique touch to their performance. The DJ may also communicate with other performers or speakers to coordinate music cues and transitions.
